Food Network: You Have To Try These Bergen County Bundt Cakes

A Bergen County bakery was named on Food Network's list of 50 Cakes of States.

These Bundt cakes from Erie Coffeeshop and Bakery are a must-try in New Jersey, Food Network says.

The network said Erie Coffeeshop & Bakery of Rutherford's olive oil and citrus cakes are the best cakes in New Jersey.

Owner Renee Faris brought the recipe over from New York City, where she worked with pastry chef Dan Keehner.

But the Bundt cake has gained a following of its own in New Jersey, the article says.

"High-quality olive oil and citrus form the base of the fluffy cake, which is garnished with a simple citrus-vanilla glaze, orange peel and, in the winter months, a fresh sprig of rosemary."
